Mail Logs

• This section contains logs of all emails sent to participants, regardless of category.
• Clicking on a particular log allows viewing of the subject and body of that email.
• If the recipient has opened the email, the open time will be displayed alongside the following details:
  • Time the email was sent
  • Recipient’s email address

WhatsApp Logs

• Similar to Mail Logs, this section displays logs of messages sent via WhatsApp.
• To enable viewing, toggle the WhatsApp Logs button.
• The logs display:
  • Time the message was sent
  • Phone number of the recipient
