Event Logs
The Event Logs section provides a comprehensive overview of all emails and WhatsApp messages sent to participants, along with their statuses.
Mail Logs
- This section contains logs of all emails sent to participants, regardless of category.
- Clicking on a particular log allows viewing of the subject and body of that email.
- If the recipient has opened the email, the open time will be displayed alongside the following details:
- Time the email was sent
- Recipient’s email address
WhatsApp Logs
- Similar to Mail Logs, this section displays logs of messages sent via WhatsApp.
- To enable viewing, toggle the WhatsApp Logs button.
- The logs display:
- Time the message was sent
- Phone number of the recipient
